Tower down again

Once again my local ee/4g tower is down again...it's downtime is mostly 8 to 15 hrs per week sometimes twice a week.

When I first went onto EE my signal bar was 5 now lucky to get 1 possibly 2.

Come EE what's going on do a permanent fix or replace we all pay enough money for a 4/5g signal.

Any reply would be great.

This is a public forum, not customer service, but this can depend whether EE have access to the land the tower is on and what parts are needed, not always an easy fix.

Have you tried reporting it? You can then receive updates:

Do you have broadband at home and a phone that has wifi calling, this could help if it is for making and receiving calls?

There's nothing inherently wrong with 1-2 bars of indicated coverage which should be more than capable of providing reliable service.

Do you have no service whatsoever, or are you just using 2G/3G instead of the newer techs?

Is anything reported as awry on the status tool under "check status"?
