Network issues in Herefordshire

Network problems in Herefordshire. The EE coverage has always been patchy but now I can only make WiFi calls. How long before the problem is rectified?

@Neilbm58  Have you tried using EE’s network checker HERE and using the check status tab ?  You can report issues from that page.

Yes I reported it yesterday and got the following text message. "Network update: its taking longer than expected to fix the problem. We will continue to keep you updated.

Day 3 and still having issues. It's becoming a real pain now.

Are you able to use WiFi Calling to make and receive calls and texts over a WiFi connection?

Hi Leanne.

Yes I can make and receive calls and texts over a WiFi connection. But that's not a lot of good when I'm mobile or away from a WiFi source.
