I have the same problem with both my two cell phone lines, the display says I'm connected and covered but in reality I can't open web pages, nor receive calls via WhatsApp nor write messages on WhatsApp. In addition, I have difficulty even making simple phone calls, I can't hear and the other person can't hear me. It's becoming unbearable and I'm wondering if there is a possibility of terminating the contracts since the problem doesn't seem to be resolved and the poor service is causing work problems.

Can you use mobile data whilst on calls? That's a good indicator of 4G-calling being in use.

It doesn't work, I can't use data because I can't do anything with the phone outside the house even though there is a 4g indicator (despite my unlimited package) and even the home wifi doesn't work properly (among other things, I've been receiving text messages for two months now saying that there is work on the line and then they'll fix it, and then I receive the same message about work and so on, since August)
