Hi. I've recently switched mobile providers from EE to Vodaphone. My new phone with VP is showing as active but my EE phone is also still active. Why hasn't my switch completed and what do I need to do now? Thanks.

This is normal, both sim will be active with same number for few hours and then once you restart both sim, old sim will stop working!

A few bits here, in vague order of importance..

1: If you have provided a new network with your EE PAC, then that new network is your point of contact not EE. You are no longer EE's customer, and should contact that new network

2: What's known as a "split port" is normal behaviour on day of porting, it should usually resolve itself by end-of-day.

3: There's no such network as Vodaphone (or VP for short), although there is a network by the name of Vodafone (VF for short).
