As of last night there has been no 4g at my home address in Finsbury Park, London. I cannot connect to data internet within my home whereas no problems in last 3 years prior to 24 hours ago. However elsewhere in London, even as close as 200 yards from my front door, signal is fine. I noticed last night there was a reported outage, but today EE claims no issues. Just wondering what might have caused this sudden and catastrophic change.

Are you reporting a loss of coverage? Or an inability to use mobile data when coverage is shown?
If the former - does EE show on a manual network search? If the latter - can you make & receive calls?

Hi more of a loss of coverage. I can make and receive calls just fine. Sometimes 4G shows in top corner of phone screen, but more often only ‘E’ is available.

Hi @Olivvrr
Welcome to our community.
I'm sorry you are having trouble and it's now showing no issues. Has there been any improvements at all since it said everything was fixed?

Hi
Unfortunately no. But as stated before, there's no issue for me in other areas, it's super specific to in and around my home. Which, though obviously covered by wifi, is a little irksome.
I can still make and receive calls at my address, but no 4G.
I logged the issue with EE who texted this morning to tell me there were no known issues in my area.
Could this be resolved with a new SIM(?!?). I've tried it in another phone, but that had the same issue.
Thanks

A faulty SIM would not cause issues that are location-specific. Using WiFi-calling also relies on authentication to the core network, which is done by the same SIM.

Thanks for your reply @Olivvrr
As @bristolian has said, a SIM is unlikely to be the cause given the symptoms. Did you log this with us online or was this done over the phone with a guide?
