Was this resolved? I've been having the same problem. I've had a new sim, a new phone, factory resets etc. So frustrating but trapped in my contract with EE

Hi,

Did this ever get resolved? I'm having the EXACT same issue. I'm at my wit's end with it. Paying £60 a month for no service

Do you have signal if you go to other places? 
Does your SIM card work when it is in a different device? 

If you have access to WIFI at home do you have service while connected through WIFI calling? You can find out more about it here

Do you only have Service issues in one area? 
If you have access to an alternative device are you able to text your SIM card in another phone at all? 

Can you activated WIFI calling is you have WIFI at home, does this give you service? You can find out more about WIFI calling here

Looks like you created two separate posts which have now been merged together.

Can you explain the actual issue you're having? All you've said so far is "I'm having the same problem" as the threads you'd added to.
