Is it normal in London to consistently get under 20mbps on 5G?  Even with full bars?

Does anyone else find very high latency (1042ms) and low speeds (27.5mbps) even with full bars 5G?

Have you reported the slow speeds on the Service Status Checker? If you enter the postcodes and report the issues this will be looked into by our network team.
