Slow 4G Connection in Aberystwyth since Jan 2023

Been using EE 4G for nearly two years now, using good quality 4G router and external antenna. Have also tested 4G on an iPhone 12 outdoors, and up from the house, where I know where I've had full signal, and full speeds.

Speeds had been very good – up to 140mbs down and up to 40mbps up on most early mornings, and up to half of this during the day, understandably because of higher use locally.

Since January, speeds have taken a steep downturn, with pings reaching over 1200, and often only reaching 3mbps down and 9mbps during the day. It's often so slow, websites assume I'm offline!

Not sure if this is a capacity issue or not, but contract is coming to and end in May, but it'll be Starlink if things don't improve.

EE – could you look into this, please?
