No 5G

I have an iPhone 14 Pro and a 5G plan. I can’t get 5G at home dispite the coverage checker saying I can get it. Why is the coverage map wrong?

Reported it a few times. They never listen to what I’m saying. Had conversations with them too. They even said it’s 4G only in the area and wanted me to send screen shots of the coverage checker!

If that agent had offered an email address to send those screenshots to, then go ahead!
