Sim still not come back on

My sim was blocked on Monday after part of my bill for my new handset wasn't paid due to an error  where the direct debit payment hadn't been set up. I paid my outstanding bill on Friday evening over the phone and was told to turn my phone off and back on and it should work again. It's now Sunday and it still isn't working?

It can can take up to 48 hours to process payments. It's unlikely your payment is yet processed if you paid late Friday evening because the banks don't process payments at the weekend.
