Sim not working/lost signal

Have never had an issue with signal where I live. 
today I lost signal at 11am and have been unable to make calls and send messages since unless on wifi. 
ee service checker is not working
no online reports of service being down 
cannot use the network check text service as… no signal… 
cannot call helpline… no signal
husbands phone is also EE got 5g and working fine?!

Hiya @JNS92 I know myself how frustrating it is to loose signal when you need it.

Have you noticed any improvements in your service today?

We have an online reception checker which you can access here: Reception checker

Could you try that checker and let me know if you can see any issues please?

Try a 2-way SIM-swap

Put the working SIM in the non-working phone, what result?

Oh that does sound odd, I've just used the checker to check my postcode and it's came back with a result without any issues.

If you don't mind, could you try opening the link to the reception checker with a different browser?
