For the past 3 days I havent been able to get much signal at most ive had 1 bar! If not none at all is there a reason for this because im currently paying for a service im not even recieving

Check for local network issues using "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee 

If nothing's reported, ask around friends or relatives locally who may also use EE, see if they also have issues. If so, use "report a problem" on the same tool.

You can use WiFi-calling indoors to continue using your phone without needing mobile coverage.
