at least once a month for a year now. And mostly have little to no signal at home. But yet I’m being charged full price even though they know there’s a fault in the area constantly. - been told sorry. Anything I can do ?

If the problem is mostly at home, and it's causing a loss of coverage, then WiFi-calling is an excellent solution.

Your subscription covers access to EE's UK-wide network, using whatever radio technologies are available in any given area.
No network is fault-free nationally. WiFi-calling is a free service which enables almost universal national indoor coverage - something no mobile network is realistically likely to achieve.
