I have had no signal on my mobile for over an hour and I have checked on the signal checker which is showing the signal should be at full strength 😞
I am unable to report this as the messaging service is also down!
Any advice?

@sarahhigh3 Did you click the check status tab ? Or just the check coverage tab ? You need to click the check status tab.
The report an issue is working once you use the check status tab. I’ve just done this.

Thanks Chris - 16 hrs to fix the fault?!? Seriously?!? EE are going down rapidly in my estimation!

@sarahhigh3 unfortunately things can take time as they have to get parts if the engineer doesn’t have the correct part. They can not carry everything and the engineer just might have to travel quite away to that location.

Yes, I understand that but really 16hrs and its been down 2 hours already!
Never mind, thankfully I'm at work at the moment so should receive signal when back home 🙂

@sarahhigh3 if they’re saying it should be done within 16 hours that’s pretty good actually. This should be sorted by tomorrow as that 16 hours isn’t split over 2 days ie two 8 working hours it’s a straight 16 hours.
