Is anyone in the WS12 area having issues with poor mobile signal and reception?
Using the EE coverage checker we are supposed to have good 4G coverage outside and inside, yet rarely have more than 1 bar which means texts wont go, making calls is really poor to none existent at times.
Have contacted EE and they say there aren't any issues, yet we simply cannot use.
seriously considering cancelling our contract and moving elsewhere.
Anyone else experiencing the same issues?

is this a recent problem? It sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option on the checker rather than "check status" which also allows fault reporting.
Are other EE users affected in the same location? The signal bars are only a rough indicator of service, but there shouldn't be a problem with "only 1 bar" - it's all I have and my phone is working perfectly on that.
Is this a problem indoors only? You could use WiFi-calling if so.
