SMS from Indian banks to UK number not working

Hi, I had sms come through for bank OTPs from Indian banks previously - but is not working anymore. Do we know why?

Are you currently in the UK or are you roaming?

Can you receive texts from other foreign numbers OK? How about UK-originated OTP?
