Rubbish internet and Customer Service.

Hi my EE is soooooo slow. The signal never raises above 2 bars and connection to the internet is weak. I have had problems with EE in the past but these problems are now back. They are slow to respond and do not like akward customers that wont go away quietly so this is the start of my new campaign to get them to provide what they should provide daily. Last time I aired my grievances on Twitter or X. Andrew.

Have you checked your postcode on our network status checker to see if we're aware of any issues in your area?

Although your signal strength isn't as strong as you expect, does it affect the usability of the connection? Have you tried running a Ookla Speedtest to test the connection?
