Rm16*** signal problems

How long is this going to going on for this is like 2 months now and basically im feed up with trying to get a signal somewhere in the garden in all weather's like many people some calls can be very importantbe feed up with the comment I cant hear you and your breaking up, no contact no compensation EE what is going on!

Anyone else having the same problem only ee is not the cheapest but its turning out unreliable

It depends on the issue if equipment or the mast needs to be moved. 

Can you not connect to EE WiFi calling service.

Location of a site or radio equipment causing a sudden coverage issue would be highly unusual.

Building works in the radio path, might be what Northerner is thinking of here.

Service status checker absolutely the way to go in the first instance, use "report a problem" although the 2month step change may imply a local change or config has been altered.

WiFi-calling definitely worth using in the intervening, or indeed anytime you have indoor coverage issues.
