Damaged my old device sent me a new phone and SIM card but nothing is happening the courier took old device so can’t verify new sim can any1 help

@Nathanjones89   Did you keep your old SIM card ?     You should have as you could have put that in your new device.   You’ll have to call customer service about this now.
