i have now switched as my ee is total rubbish samsung 21 i have no signal all over the place i need it for work and ee has become total rubbish

@BRAM1234 , is your signal rubbish in just one area?

How long has your signal been rubbish? Have you tried rebooting your phone or even tried your SIM card in another phone to see if that makes a difference?

If you have "no signal all over the place", this would tend to suggest a phone fault rather than network issue.

If EE genuinely had an outage across as wide an area as you suggest, there would be significant volumes of complaints and quite possibly press attention.

Definately not phone as tried vodafone sim and perfect network coverage shows no probs in my main area but signal is absolute rubbish definately switching  need phone
