people cant hear me I sound liek a dalek / underwater

I have exactly the dame issue been ongoung for months.  Calls start okay then a few mi ut3s i to the call it breaks up and my caller cant understand what i am saying as ir sounds like a dalek! Come on ee sort this out or youll be losing a long standing customer.  Very poor service, i have 1 bar reception fgs

Are you using Android or Apple? And if Android, does your phone show the VoLTE symbol next to the coverage indicators when you have this problem?

Is it specific to one location or more generalised?

Does the dalek speech come and go during the call, or is it terminal once it starts - i.e. normal speech never returns?
