Since the flooding in Oswestry's substation on Monday I've had no internet and no signal and quite frankly I'm not happy, I've had no email updates as to the time scale.
Can you tell me when I will have a signal again and will I be compensated?

Me too and it has been affecting my ability to deal with an important issue. I am having to go down the road to get 4g.
Please tell us roughly how long before service is restored.

If you have WiFi at home and a compatible phone, you can stay connected with WiFi Calling.

I just found this post, is this still going on EE Support? My wife and I have been having no reception and patchy reception all week…

And me too. Unable to make calls and no, or patchy, mobile internet all week. I've logged on the Status Checker but I've heard nothing. What's happening EE?! We run a small business and really need to be connected when we're out and about, not just with our home wifi calling. Please can there be an explanation and timescale? Thanks
