Re: Text messages about missed calls without the phone ringing

This has happened to me as well. I will have a message to say i had a miss call and my phone hasn't rung. Sometimes my phone has been in my hand so I am not understanding why is this is happening. Are some of the number coming through getting blocked as i have set my phone to stop private number and scam number for calling. Can you help me please.

Does this happen with numbers you have stored in your contacts? 

Is this happening in more than one area?

Yes this also happens with saved number in my contact. The only reason i know is my friend tells me and i informed them i had no message or anything on my called list.

Incoming calls straight to voicemail is certainly symptomatic of a number being blocked - if this is happening on calls without CLI, then a "Do not disturb" mode is worth checking

Is this happening when you go to different locations or mainly when you are at home? 

This will help us to understand if this could be network related.

Hi @bristolian 

The only numbers i have blocked are private number and scam calls. When I get them it has shown on my call list and has blocked call underneath the call.

The problem is when people who are not on a blocked list and i am not receiving there calls and sometimes only getting a message to say i missed there call. Not all the calls i have missed i would receive a message so i wouldn't know i had a call at all

I can't answer if this is happening in more than one area or not as I am not aware of it happening till i receive a message.
