4G is the base coverage layer.

3 days running we have never been able to get a signal I reported it ,still rubbish should have a refund thank god one of us didn't need a ambulance

I have checked the area for the post code you have provided and can see there is no known issues and coverage should be excellent both indoors and outdoors.
Does your phone work OK if you leave this specific area?
Did you report it via the link or by speaking with our customer care team?
