I've just bought a house and don't have signal at all. Although my wife does with ee. Don't know what to do to fix it.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Yes, but it also says I should have full bars for my phone and there are no issues.

Do you both have WiFi Calling and 4G Calling activated in your settings?

The house hasn't got broadband yet. Yes I have 4g activated but I have no signal at all.

Have you checked your 4G Calling (VoLTE) settings as well as your 4G data settings, @Georgeyboy?
