Spot on, I have been with BT Mobile for many years, and I was moved to EE in the last 2 weeks, and I can't even get a signal on my mobile phone in my office despite same phone, and same office seat and same network EE/BT.
Interestingly enough, I was sitting next to my colleague today, and we both put our phones on the table, and he also had shocking service, during tea break he said this phone is sh*te" I said, I have just moved from BT to EE and its shocking, he then said snap ! moved 2 months ago and since then shocking - surely its not the SIM, there is something else going on here, especially if BT piggy backs the EE network, why is it so appauling, and before you answer its not the signal or coverage !

EE is part of the BT Group. Does anyone else in your office on EE have the same problem, who hasn't ported in from BTM?
Are your colleague's issues location-specific?

Hi - so I have taken a survey today, 3 people in my office have migrated from BT to EE and all now have issues, before BT was fine, but here is some additional information :-
The 3 people who have migrated we have 3 offices in London, Office 1 is in Stratford London, Office 2 is at the O2 in London - we attended a meeting in Office 1 yesterday and all our signals were rubbish unable to make calls browse etc - all had migrated and this was the first time I was in office 1 (so I thought it was just the office) it was not until I spoke to my colleagues at the tea machine that I started to piece it together and they had said "we were fine on BT but we have been ushered to EE and now we can't use the phones in Office 1....so I thought ok sods law, then I went to Office 2 which I have been in for 4 years, that's when I noticed EE signal was poor - but up until Tuesday last week I was on BT sitting in the same spot and the signal was perfect could make calls -
The users in my office who are on EE said, "it is not great signal but it works"
I know that BT own EE, and I know they share infrastructure, but there must be fundamentally something that is different if BT worked but the people migrated do not have a good experience, I am seriously thinking about asking to revert back to BT and prove a point, and yes - I know they are the same company, and yes I know I will be forced to go to EE eventually but for now, something is not right, and I am not the only one with my 3 colleagues who have experienced this

I too was strong armed into moving by BT. Spoke with technical and basically said “nothing they can do”. Written to Ofcom who are going to look into why BT moved me over. Suggest you do same

Not only a degraded service but I never had nuisance calls with BT the TPS says I am not registered with them although I was registered when with BT.
On banking my Mob had changed and had to be reset.

My whole family moved from BT mobile which was spot on to EE and since this our mobile connection in and out doors is rubbish !! Breaks up and you end up giving up on the call ! 🤷♂️ We live in the North of Scotland ! So these transferring between networks seems to be a nationwide issue ???.

Hi @Curtis6667
Welcome to the community.
I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check to make sure the SIM cards are set up fully from our side.

Hi Curtis,
TBF I did report this and gave the postcodes - and within a few months the BT migrated ones in my office did start to work, and I was a hero to my colleagues as their migrated BT to EE started to work, same for my Essex post code area, I don't know what EE did, but I did get a text to say that the issues reported had been sorted, not sure if it was a mast or anything - I would suggest report it, and EE fair enough do tend to respond and sort it
