Thanks for coming here. 

Have you checked the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker to see if there are any outages for your area? 

If you select 'Check status' this will show any reported problems.

Do you have coverage showing from, say, 2G or 3G?

Or do you have no coverage at all? A broadband outage will be a different issue to that of mobile.
