I've been a ee customer for years, I work nationwide in the UK and the signal is so bad everywhere, asking users to report in focused areas is just a waste of there time.. I'm looking to move providers if this continues as it's effecting my business, making business calls and having to phone the customer back 3 times every single time.. for ee to be unaware of this after been going on for so long is very poor.

 

Please get it sorted so I don't have to leave EE

Are you reporting a perceived degradation in the on-screen bars?

Or dropped calls in areas of good coverage? The latter should be reported.
