Not just you, I’ve been noticing for months how bad the signal is. Previously 4g/5g signal strength was great all over Glasgow. Now standing in the city centre I struggle to get a signal anywhere.
and it’s not just Glasgow, generally I’m all out n about for work and find poor signal is a constant issue.
for reference I’m using iPhone 15 pro max.

Hi @Jiggyg
Thanks for coming to the community.
Do you know if any other EE users have the same problem in the areas you have experienced signal problems?
If this happens in multiple areas, are you able to try the SIM card in a different device to see if the same happens?

My issue is over the last couple years or so there has been a dramatic drop in areas where my phone once worked and now doesn’t. No matter where I am My phone spends 90% of the time 1 bar 5g which is useless as data and calls don’t work.

You mentioned previously that you "struggle to get a signal anywhere" but mentioned that you get a bar of coverage - that's signal.
There's nothing inherently wrong with "only" a certain number of bars. 4G & 5G service are delivered over multiple frequency bands, each of which are good at different things - hence the on-screen bars are a rough guide but should rarely be considered much more.
If data or calls are not working when you have coverage shown, then that it an issue - and should be reported. Out of interest, what happens when you try making a call with service displayed?
