yep! Currently waiting on hold to discuss it with them for the 3rd time. My phone worked EXCELLENT and now I can barely get service in the house, having to use wifi-calling or it basically doesn't work at all. There is definitely a change to the service being provided but of course no direct answer or solution

If WiFi-calling is working well indoors for you, then CS are likely to suggest that is the solution. I'd have some sympathy with them if this is only an issue in one specific location - is it?
