Hi,
I’ve had this problem for weeks on end. I have an EE sim and have tried multiple ways to increase my signal service from zero to at least one or more.
can you help me????

Hi @Eeuser121,
Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂
Does the network status checker show any problems in your area?
Do you have WiFi Calling turned on?

Hi thanks for the response. Yes I have no problems in my area and also I have Wi-Fi calling on.

That is a screenshot from the "check coverage" tab on the status checker, rather than the "check status" tab that I suspect was suggested - this checks for known issues.
However, unless there's a known fault affecting the service level in a given location, then the coverage levels are what they are. WiFi-calling can mitigate for that indoors, but ultimately the only way to improve outdoor coverage is to build more network sites. That's rarely a quick fix.

When I done the check status it also said no problem. What can I do? And even when I try to report and give my number it says my number isn’t valid.

@Eeuser121 , where did you get the SIM card from? All mobile numbers start with 07, did you make sure to put 07 and not O7, by any chance?

I got the SIM card from a shop and I wrote 07

@Eeuser121 , which shop? Did you activate your SIM card and if you are on pay as you go, which I suspect, have you also made sure that you have credit?

Local shop. My credit finishing in 6 mins

Has the SIM ever worked @Eeuser121?
If your number is recognised by the network status checker, it suggests it isn't activated.
