EE - Complaints Process

I have had no service in my area of Somerset for 7 days and unable to make calls & or access my data.!. 
only came back Wednesday & 3G only.!. I live in Burnham on Sea.!. 
I should receive notification of any problems from EE & did not.!.

 I want a refund from my next payment because unable to use my phone.!. My contact is up for renewal in October 23.!.

When you say "I should receive notification" - have you signed up for the "My Places" feature on the Network Status checker?

There's been a problem with 4G in Burnham-on-Sea for the last month or so. The signal level in Broadhurst Gardens is -114 db even when stood outside.

Does the Network Status Checker show any known problems in the area?

That signal level by itself should not prevent calls being made or received, and WiFi-calling covers you indoors.

I'd recommend using the status checker/report tool in the first instance
