Cannot hear anyone on a call

same issues here.  tried every manner of setting resets factory resets, new sim, multiple hand sets. audio issue only on voice calls, everything else works.

As per the thread you'd replied to, does this issue happen in a specific location or is it more general?

And can you use mobile data whilst on calls?
