Would you know why many customers including myself all use to receive a very solid EE 4G 5G connection in Cambridgeshire, March Town but now only receive 3G at best and quite often EDGE only, been like this for a few weeks now but EE say there is no problems.

Have all those local users reported their issues? And not via social media!!

It may be frustrating, but it's the best way to get issues reported if the status tool isn't hitting the spot.

I don’t know if anyone else has reported it, I just hear people moaning about it, I hadn’t reported it as everytime I had checked EE were saying there was no issue and I’m receiving excellent coverage, but 3 hours ago, EE message me saying sorry to hear I’m having issues and an engineer has found an issue and should be sorted in 14 hrs, I’m rolling with it in hope but it’s strange yesterdays recent issue had been fixed yet this on going issue still remained.

I’m still currently running in 3G and Edge
