Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

EE are absolutely **bleep**e. And all you hear on the call is how great they are for the last 7 years. I wish I never answered the phone to the salesman. And I have to pay for this amazing service

Started yday, Ppl trying call me are get 'unavailable message' but the odd call gets thru, one person who cudnt get thru yday but cud this morning but now can't again. I can send & receive texts & make calls but not receive them. One person withheld their number & it came thru but when he un-withheld it he cudnt. It doesn't make sense. I've done everything recommended,turned phone on & off, airplane mode on & off, checked the SIM in place, but SIM in a diff phone reset network but still the same. Can't get on to the app unless it's the shop section. Grrrrrr

Welcome to the community,
There is an outage since yesterday, which EE are trying to fix, but it is a network issue, so that is why you have not been able to make and receive calls.
Does your device show any network connection at all?

FYI I too am having problems calling vodaphone numbers and they cannot call me. Just keeps disconnecting. WhatsApp works fine

Just to let you know, I just tried 150 and it is now working, at least it did for me, so should work for everyone else, hopefully.

Putting aside the popular mis-spelling of Vodafone, WhatsApp is an internet-app and any/all usage of it is handled by your phone & EE's network as internet-data.
No different to usage of Sky Sports, BBC News or any other internet-app. Neither WhatsApp nor FB Messenger have call routing outside their app ecosystem - which is where many of the current issues seem to be.

Can't make outgoing calls again today. Is anyone else effected? Why don't EE get ahead of the game & message effected customers to let them know there are problems? This is the 2nd day in a row this has happened.

Well only been with her for a short time and disgusted with the very poor service that is provided.
unable to receive or make calls for 2 days now and according to them there are no issues in Inverness despite several people saying the same
