Poor service

Struggling, been using the EE location checker, according to EE I have 4G and 4 bars of signal, I have zero!  
it’s been like this for weeks at home, raised calls but no change. Next steps?

The status checker serves 2 purposes..

"Check coverage" predicts the service in a given area - it sounds like you've used this option

"Check status" searches for known issues in the location, including the options to "keep me posted" or "report a problem" depending on the result.
