Hi, it would be great if I could raise an ongoing mobile signal problem that exists in the area I live.
For context this has gone on for years for multiple/ all the residents and every time someone raises something we are told there is not a problem and the case is closed before we can object or add more information.
I live on a small estate called Woodfield Plantation in Doncaster. There is zero network or data signal throughout the estate. If I did not have WiFi calling my phone could not take calls. If I am walking on the streets I cannot take calls as people cannot hear me and the phone cuts out. If I am in the car on a call it cuts out as soon as I enter the estate and disconnects until I am on my drive and connect to the WiFi.
This causes me lots of problems and I need to be able to take calls when out walking, either using the network or data.
I reiterate this is not a solo problem only I am experiencing and is an issue everyone has across the different networks. There is constantly posts on our local Facebook group trying to find out which provider is best and can provide a signal on the estate but it seems none work.
I guarantee if EE solved this they would have the market share of customers in this area.
How can I get this raised appropriately so it will be solved? I don't think this is an unreasonable request.

Hello @Nicj29 ,
Welcome to the community,
Unfortunately we do not account access here so, just wondering whether you have registered here, where you can report and receive updates:

Hi, not sure what you mean about account access but I have used the standard methods and always get told there are no signal issues, which is incorrect. I'm trying to find out how to get this escalated or for EE to pay attention to how big this issue is.
Thanks

I'm not familiar with the specific area, but from a quick check of some testing data, I suspect the site locations for all networks may even be the same, with EE having a high-band & low-band deployment there. This should equate to wide area coverage being broadly similar.
The myEE app has the facility within the settings, to log areas of poor coverage for passing onto network planners - they do tend to have a fairly good idea where problem areas are, but more data rarely hurts!
Ultimately I suspect the only solution here will be new site-builds, which goes full circle into the planning process. It's not at all uncommon for local residents to be asking for improved coverage with one hand, while objecting to planning applications for new radio sites with the other. That may or may not be the case here, but I would encourage you to be fully supportive of all new site build proposals that pass through your local authority planning department.
