No Internet at all on EE have checked my data have 125GB avail, but absolutely no connection from any device at all.

Hi @Rueben72,

Are you using an EE phone or a mobile broadband router?

Tried in both, 2 mobile devices, and also an EE MiFi box, nothing at all. As far as calls etc that's fine. But no connection for data from any source.

Do you devices display a 4G or 5G connection, @Rueben72?

Does the Network Status Checker report any problems in your area?

Ref the status checker no idea, as if i allow EE to detect location, says can not locate, if I input my postcode says postcode doesn't exist. Utter joke of a service provider EE.

Anyway I don't have this amount of time with this issue, especially as its taken half a day already and absolutely nothing resolved. 

You have lost a customer, just won't renew the plan, wish had never joined, thankfully its PAYG with a pack, so couple weeks and I be away from you.

I shall go & get a sim from another company later today.
