No signal

I got a txt message for ee few weeks ago stating that work was being carried out in Newtownabbey /antrim which may cause some disruption for 4 days. Well 2/3 weeks later I still don't have any signal ( no bars showing or just 1) in my house. Calls don't connect or cut out and Internet WiFi connection keeps cutting only on my fone no other devices in the home. I never had any problems before I received that txt. I'm so annoyed as I can't use my fone or Internet most days now. I've had my mobile 3 years n never a problem. The fault is with ee network not the mobile. I've been a ee customer over 15 years and if this isn't fix quickly I won't be much longer. So disappointed......

Lev, Are you in the same area as the original poster in the thread?

If you're having coverage problems, have you used the "report a problem" link on the status checker as previously recommended?
