I got a txt message for ee few weeks ago stating that work was being carried out in Newtownabbey /antrim which may cause some disruption for 4 days. Well 2/3 weeks later I still don't have any signal ( no bars showing or just 1) in my house. Calls don't connect or cut out and Internet WiFi connection keeps cutting only on my fone no other devices in the home. I never had any problems before I received that txt. I'm so annoyed as I can't use my fone or Internet most days now. I've had my mobile 3 years n never a problem. The fault is with ee network not the mobile. I've been a ee customer over 15 years and if this isn't fix quickly I won't be much longer. So disappointed......

Are other EE users locally, experiencing the same issues?
Is anything reported on the status checker, if you choose "check status" on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee ?

Yes other complaints and have checked the checker and says area is fine but has been saying that for 3 weeks now

There's an option on that tool to "report a problem" - I would recommend every affected user selects this and provides all the requested detail.
An outage of perhaps a week or so could be explained by planned works. Anything longer than that would have another explanation - but reporting the problem is the best first step.

I did report the problem and heard nothing back. I've also done live chat and still waiting on a reply. I've rang but put on hold for 1 hour and hung up. Called back and put in a que for another hour.
I can't possibly ask every affected user to do that I don't no these people. These complaints I've read online. My concern is my mobile not the rest of ee users!. But it's fine I'll just have to look at other networks. Can't be bother with this hassle no more. Its not getting me anywhere

I didn't ask you to get every user to report it.
There are various ways for network issues to be identified and end-user reports are validly one of them. The more users who report similar issues, the stronger the evidence of commonality.
You didn't originally mention that you've been trying to raise this with CS, as much as I sympathise with your frustrations I would encourage you to persist

Do you work for ee? Is this not part of customer services with ee?

No, I'm not EE staff - just a user like yourself. This forum isn't C/S although staff - identified by their "Community Support Team" label do also advise.
