Having been with EE for years the signal where I live has become unreliable and much of the time is non existent. I've tried to report this but EE demands that I name my mobile device. When I input the make and model it is not recognised by EE because it isn't one of the most common brands. I've already just sorted one issue when they shut down my service saying I hadn't used it recently even though I had made a call that day and my direct debit was being taken each month, and this after they took ages over security checks.
Really hacked off with EE and their poor service.

You can safely choose the nearest equivalent device in order to use the online status checker.

Thank you for the reply. I'm now getting vowifi instead of 4G. I've no idea how it happened but I can make calls again!
