ive upgraded my iPhone 14 to 15 pro max, using same number, transferred everything, and put old sim in new phone, but I have no service, I’ve done the on/ off airplane mode still nothing

could someone help? I cannot ring Ee as no service

Did you get a new SIM with the device? If so, could you try putting that SIM in please?
