I live in Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire. I usually have at least 3 bars of service and have never had problems with this but since yesterday I have zero service and it’s affecting my work. please advise!
I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your service. Could you have a look at our coverage checker and check the status of the network in your area?
It will let you know if we're aware of a problem or give you the option of reporting one to our network team. Chris
