I live in Bosham the PO18 area has been down now for over 24 hours and your status page keeps saying within 16 hours then it’s back to just there is a service problem. When will this are be fixed. I’m disabled and like many others my phone is my lifeline. Wi-Fi calling works but it’s not great thanks to no fibre here so can you give out a timeline please as to when this will be fixed please?

This is not customer service but a public forum, so we are unable to give you a timeline when it will be fixed, that can depend what the problem is with the mast, that is providing you with a signal.
If you have registered to receive updates from the status page, then updates will come to you and as soon as the repair is done, you will find out.
