My phone which is about a year old suddenly is not recognising my Sim card. In the top left of screen it's saying No Service No Sim inserted.
I've restarted phone numerous times, I've taken out Sim and blown on it and wiped it just incase it was dusty. Nothing works! I'm off to Glasto on Tuesday and need a working phone! HELP needed please!

Is this happening in one place?
Could you check here if there is a problem where you are, you can also register and receive updates;

It looks like you have otherwise tried everything, except one other thing, if you have another phone or can put the SIM card in someone else’s phone to see if there is a signal at all, then that can also tell whether you need a replacement SIM card, which you can order online, but will probably not reach you by Tuesday, as they are sent out by second class post, or if near a high street EE shop, they will replace it free of charge, but remember to take some form of ID, good luck.

Thanks so much for replying 🙂 reassuring to know there wasn't anything obvious I wasn't doing 😆
I've managed to get an appointment in an EE store this afternoon, so fingers crossed they can sort it for me
