Hi. Hope you are all well? I swapped my phone today from a 14 to an iPhone 12 and now I’ve got no network signal, I can’t get incoming calls or texts. I don’t know what to do, I can’t even call ee for help, what do I do?x

Are you using the same SIM from your old phone, and does this work in your old phone still?

Hiya, yes it’s the same SIM card and I don’t know if it works in the other phone and I don’t have it now to check x
