I ported from Lyca to EE as I heard it has the best network in the UK. But as I heard, I am not getting such. I rarely have one network bar inside my house on my mobile screen. If I try to call someone, either it takes too much time, or the opposite voice is not clear, and vice versa. I cannot even access the 'MY EE' app as it always shows me ''there might be a problem. Try login in after a while.....''. I tried to log in from my laptop, but in vain. After 'registering' and 'verifying,' there is a part to 'link' the mobile number(Association OTP) where SMS is sent with a code. But I never received any such text. Called 150 twice, waited for 15-20 minutes, and failed to talk to any. Even guess what! I tried to report to EE, and after writing all my issues, when I submitted it, the following page replied, '' could not send the report. There might be some problem''. Isn't it too funny?

Hi @vb908.
Do you get good coverage outdoors?
What phone are you using? Have you tried using WiFi Calling?

Do other EE users in your home have the same problem?
What does the coverage checker report for your location?
https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee - "check coverage" for predicted service, "check status" for faults & issues.

Mostly yes. I and my wife, both are facing such issues. I called EE care today, and they suspect some network issues.
I tried the 'check status' option, and it shows ''We recently fixed a problem in B16 ***. Our engineers have fixed a problem here. It should all be working again now. If you're still experiencing problems, let us know''
However, I tried logging into the EE app and also over the website. Both show that I have '0' byte data available, whereas I still have 49 GB left of my monthly plan.

Yes. Apart from the house, I have good coverage outside.
I am using Samsung S10+. I did not try the WiFi calling yet.

Hi @vb908,
The incorrect allowance balance on My EE has been reported to our support team.
To access your allowance information please text BALANCE to 150. You can also visit add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi for remaining data allowance.

Hi,
do I need to follow this method of texting 150 for balance?

Texting BALANCE or AL to 150 should show you your balance and allowances, @vb908.

Hi,
So I need to follow that way of checking my balance all the time? If the application shows me the correct amount of allowances, then all the hassles are gone.

Hi @vb908,
This is just a temporary solution until the My EE issue is resolved.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
