I am in Stocksbridge Sheffield, and have had no network for days on all 3 of my contracts, when I use the signal checker it is stating that the signal is good!!!! What the heck!!!!! I cannot call EE as we are all on EE in the household, on my EE app it states that I have no EE products when I try to use the signal checker on there……

Sounds like you've used the "check coverage" option on the webtool, not the "check status" option.
"Check coverage" predicts the normal service in your chosen area
"Check status" searches for known issues, with the option to report a new one if nothing's listed.
