Hi

I lost signal at about 630 on the morning of the 2nd 0ctober and still cannot get a signal without my WiFi switched on, whenever I leave the house I cannot call or text. Is there issues with the network?

I am in Hertfordshire

Thanks

David

Hi @drws2kuk

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried restarting your phone? Please also pop your postcode into our coverage checker and hit 'check status'. It will let you know if we're aware of any problems in your area.

Chris

Hi Chris

I have tried multiple times restarting and nothing. I very occasionally get 1 bar of signal for about 30seconds, so I randomly get messages but I cannot reply to them.

The network checker comes back with no issues in the area.

Thanks

David

OK, thanks @drws2kuk

Are you aware of anyone else on EE who is having the same problem? Did you report a problem on the network status checker?
Chris

Only people I have seen on other forums and downdetector. I have reported the problem also on the network status checker.
