No mobile service in SE25

Does anyone know what is happening in the SE25 area for last few days? I have no mobile service at all or it is super slow for last 3 days.

Well, the store staff is laughable really. The guy opened EE website and said that he can see only his postcode in the mobile coverage area, so I said to him where to put my postcode, and then he said that it shows the same notice as on my phone. Seriously, it's the same website, how he would see something else there?🤦🏼‍♀️

Then he said that he can't do anything and he can only advise me to call customer service as soon as the service will be back to ask for a refund for the days I didn't had the coverage. Really, I have no words.

Have you reported the problems you're having in the area on the Service Status Checker? Once reported the network team will get the area looked into and send you a text or email with an update.
